Gruppo Crugnale Office
The unit under renovation is part of the ‘Palazzo De Simone’ complex in Lanciano, in the province of Chieti, a strategic location between the coast and the foothills of the Maiella mountain range. The objective of the intervention was to transform the building from residential use to a representative office, dividing the space with a total area of 170 square metres between a large entrance hall, two operative offices and one executive office, meeting room and other service rooms. The intervention included the restoration of the building's valuable elements, but also the integration of modern and technological services.
Contemporary spaces that respect the artistic and historical character of the building
The design requirement was to implement a renovation of the building while preserving its historical and monumental characteristics and providing the necessary comfort for executive use. The result is harmonious and comfortable environments that fully respected the artistic value of the structure.
Essential design furniture
The interior design, developed with the idea of critical restoration, proposes a ‘reading’ of the building while maintaining its historical stratification. In this, the LAGO furnishings complemented the spaces in the best possible way thanks to their essential and contemporary design.
