Archirivolto

Archirivolto was founded by Claudio Dondoli and Marco Pocci as an industrial design, design and architecture studio. Claudio and Marco, while studying Architecture in Florence, created a theatre experimentation group with some friends and it was theatre that had a decisive influence on the approach of the new industrial design studio: creativity, sense of reality, respect and attention for the public.

Design is understood by Archirivolto as beauty, harmony and freedom; it cannot be bound by rigid pre-established rules, nor exist as a privilege of a social or cultural elite. The designer has the duty to create beauty for everyone and to bring design closer to an ever-increasing number of people.

Research on materials and processes, aimed at achieving the best result in a quality/price ratio, with technically perfect objects accessible to the general public, is one of the studio's main activities: materials that, through new technologies, acquire nobility and elegance are favored, such as aluminum and plastics, considered by Archirivolto to be particularly fascinating for their extraordinary ductility.
