LAGO continues its path of growth and international expansion by announcing new openings in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. With the strategic vision of strengthening its presence on a global scale to consolidate its identity abroad and bring the brand experience to new prestigious locations and emerging markets.
Since the second quarter of 2024, LAGO has recorded double-digit growth and expects to end the year higher than in 2023. This momentum is driving the company to intensify its expansion plans for 2025, with new investments in the retail and contract sectors, especially in foreign markets.
In the last six months alone, LAGO has opened new stores in Lyon (France), Taipei (Taiwan), Kuwait City (Kuwait), and Bucharest (Romania), as well as capsules at iconic locations in Monte Carlo and Budapest. For 2025, new openings are already planned in Stuttgart, Geneva and a second show house in Prague, along with the restyling of the Point in Munich. In addition, the opening of a show house in Copenhagen is planned.
Internationalisation is therefore at the heart of LAGO's strategy, with the dual mission of increasing brand visibility and strengthening its global presence. Alongside this objective, the company continues to invest in sustainability by innovating production processes, reducing waste and using environmentally friendly materials. In this regard, in the last two years alone, LAGO has made significant investments in the LAGO Factory with the introduction of new machinery and eco-friendly technologies to support not only the production system but also the workforce. All this in pursuit of the LAGO Sustainability Circle project launched by the company with the intention of pursuing a sustainable philosophy for the environment, people and products.
At the same time, LAGO has adopted an important strategic evolution to ensure a more direct and capillary presence in key markets: the establishment of a network of corporate residents. These collaborators, based in their respective countries, play a crucial role in strengthening ties with the territory and guiding the development of the brand in an even more targeted manner. In October, LAGO hired a resident dedicated to the entire APAC market, who will operate from the Bangkok headquarters, while a new resident for the US market will also officially join the team at the beginning of 2025. The aim is to ensure a direct and comprehensive presence, with in-depth knowledge of local cultural and business contexts, in order to optimise growth opportunities.

Finally, the contract sector is set to be a key area of development for LAGO in the coming years, with international projects ranging from hotels to residential buildings to Built to Rent projects. Recently, the company has taken care of the interiors of a prestigious hotel in Malta, an entire apartment building in New York, a residential project in Milan and a luxury resort in Zanzibar, consolidating its position in the contract segment thanks to a know-how capable of responding to the most diverse project requirements. LAGO has further structured itself to respond to the needs of contract clients, also expanding its range with exclusive services and custom products that are adapted to the specific requirements of the client.
