On the occasion of the week dedicated to hospitality in Rimini, LAGO presents ONIRICA, the suite that will become part of MODE, the new hotel designed according to a sustainable accommodation model.
The ONIRICA project, inspired by the dreamy and magical atmospheres of Fellini's films, was born from the collaboration between Eclettico Design - a brand of the Lombardini Group22 dedicated to design for Hospitality, LAGO and MAD051. From this collaboration takes shape a hospitality model that proposes innovative solutions for customers, based on environmental sustainability, energy saving, use of clean energy, natural materials and recycling.
The suite's design and material choices aim to unite the world of luxury with that of ESG - Environmental, social, and corporate governance - and to educate guests to a new awareness, without sacrificing maximum comfort and relaxation.
In support of this, floors were selected whose assembly did not involve the use of glues and therefore whose agile removal was designed to facilitate reuse and avoid waste, textile components made from materials recovered from the oceans, and low-flow taps.
LAGO, supplier of the furnishings for the suite, boasts a lean production line, lasting four weeks, which reduces storage space and thus consumption. Thanks to a patented and innovative technology such as XGlass, the potential of glass is also exploited to the full and different material textures are created by means of digital printing, which allows the use of natural resources to be excluded. Finally, the packaging of all the furnishings used in the suite will be delivered in recyclable packaging, and to conclude, the suite's surfaces are coated with Photosan, a paint with photocatalytic properties that significantly reduce harmful substances and ozone in the air.
