At the beginning of 2025, LAGO is opening a new chapter in its history with LAGO Project, a business unit exclusively dedicated to the contract market. This strategic development strengthens the company’s presence in a rapidly expanding sector, offering tailor-made design solutions for residences, hospitality structures, and shared spaces.

Currently, the contract sector accounts for 10% of the company’s value, recording a significant increase compared to the previous year. For 2025, a 50% revenue growth is expected compared to 2024, consolidating the 45% growth achieved last year. These figures confirm LAGO as a key reference for investors and industry operators.

"Entering the contract world is a natural extension of our mission, combining innovation and customization to meet the needs of an increasingly global market," explains Gilberto Negrini, CEO of LAGO. "With LAGO Project, we aim to strengthen our international presence by offering solutions that combine creative design, efficiency, and the artisanal quality of Made in Italy."

The new business unit stands out for its ability to respond to emerging living trends, transforming each project into a unique experience. Thanks to the versatility of the LAGO collection—which includes kitchens, sofas, wardrobes, and bathroom furnishings—and an advanced customization system, LAGO Project offers modern, flexible, and sustainable solutions.

Among the recent projects resulting from prestigious collaborations worldwide are Rose Brooklyn in the United States, a major build-to-rent initiative in Milan, exclusive interior design for a luxury hotel in Malta, the complete furnishing of a residential building in Manhattan, and the development of a luxury resort in Zanzibar.

A particularly notable collaboration is with QC SPA Of Wonders, a leading name in the wellness and hospitality sector, which has chosen LAGO Project to support its expansion plan. One of the upcoming projects is QC Room Milano Porta Romana, a hotel featuring 86 rooms furnished by LAGO, also including meticulously designed common areas.

With LAGO Project, the company is not just expanding its offerings but introducing a new model for the contract sector: a dynamic and integrated approach, blending aesthetics, sustainability, and innovation to create distinctive and functional environments. This business unit marks a new phase for LAGO, which continues to spread the culture of Made in Italy design, always keeping an eye on the evolving trends of contemporary living.
