Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from the child that is in all of us

Dear Santa Claus, Looking back on the past year, the team has grown and we’ve grown. Even though sometimes we can be a bit naughty, as our dear mother would say, we have a heart of gold and always do our best to listen and be honest, generous and responsible. In the new year, we promise we will try hard to give daily life new meaning with our furniture, and do even more to respect our planet and help people to live peacefully. We will carry on making products that last and outlive passing trends, by using quality materials and environmentally friendly production processes. We will pursue our vision of industrial architecture, with systems that axe CO2 emissions and reduce energy consumption. We will continue to focus on developing a network of local suppliers, to control and limit our supply-chain emissions. We will work to promote virtuous approaches and behaviour in our team and community, also thanks to new opportunities offered by the digital world. We will curate our idea of social cohesion – from flexitime to a choice of workstations, and new ways for offices and departments to interact. We will put even more emphasis on training, with over 50 different types of content designed to promote personal growth and help find a new work-life balance. Lastly, we will continue to rewrite the rules of living, to improve personal and overall well-being. Dear Santa Claus, this year we’d like to ask you for the strength and determination to continue to innovate and harmoniously face the challenges and changes that await us in the coming years. With the promise that, while growing, we will keep the authenticity and naturalness of all time. The child in all of us.
