Set up ten years ago as a new economic and cultural model for living and, at the same time, as a venue for events open to the public that develop networking opportunities, Appartamento Lago in Via Brera 30 now evolves to become a design hub for the sectors of hospitality, workspaces, restaurants, bars and real estate. Thanks to partnership with MAD051, which offers quality materials and finishes perfectly in line with the design interiors, it is now possible to make appointments with sector professionals, discover the finishes and new solutions for hospitality facilities, model homes and offices. Furnished entirely by LAGO, with interior design by MAD051 these 300 square metres with their high design content now see new evolution linked to the concept of hospitality as visitors are welcomed first into a reception area and adjacent waiting room, laid out like a hotel lobby. A room for lunches and events comes next, followed by the sleeping area, with five sample bedrooms showcasing various solutions for sector professionals, thanks to double and single rooms and suites, easily adjustable to suit three-, four- or five-star hotels. In this case, the unlimited modularity of LAGO furnishings and decor selected by MAD051 become a practical turnkey solution for furnishing and designing hospitality structures, workspaces or model homes, taking all the warmth of the home into public areas and connecting people with their surroundings.
