LAGO doubles up in Milan with inauguration of another single-brand store in Porta Nuova

A new showroom designed to put people, their comfort and needs back centre stage: the new LAGO STORE Milano Porta Nuova officially opens its doors on Thursday 21 November at 7.00 pm with an Opening Party and entertainment in the form of a cooking experience organised by Marcato and, Compagnia dei Caraibi cocktails with music provided by Sonos technology. Located at 14 Via Galileo Galilei, in the heart of the new Piazza Gae Aulenti design district, the Milano Porta Nuova LAGO STORE joins the Lago Contract Lab MAD051 Materials (formerly the Appartamento Lago), the Lago Store in Corso Lodi and Casa Lago, doubling the number of stores and further expanding the network of locations this company has in Milan. The new store intends to be a welcoming stimulating place where iconic collections will alternate with the newest articles showcased at the Salone del Mobile 2019, and plenty of space for the latest applications of the XGlass finish and the new kitchen project. Designed like a real apartment, with attention paid to even the smallest detail, from kitchen to living room, bedroom to bathroom, this new store will once again offer the chance to plan your own home thanks to a retail formula that presents complete interior design solutions: LAGO can in fact provide versatile interiors tailored to suit the people who live in them, thanks to systems that fit together harmoniously to create a seamless language. LAGO, which will post 40 million euros in turnover at the end of 2019, last year opened 10 new stores in Europe, expanding also on emerging Asian markets with 5 new addresses.
